Using the very latest process technology, Copper Alloys Ltd can take a cast product and make it stronger, tougher and last longer by working the metal. With piece weights up to 20tns, these products present a cost effective way of making wrought nickel-aluminium bronze.
CAST PRODUCTS
Tubes, bars, slabs
In order to make the most of the forging process, first class casting control is required to make the forging billet. By applying this technology to casting, Copper Alloys Ltd can offer high mechanical properties and reliability in cast products for a low cost alternative for less critical applications.

Copper Alloys is audited and approved by a UKAS certified body to the following scope:
Manufacture of bar, tubes sections, semi-finished and finish machined components in a range of copper, nickel and other metal based alloys, as well as NDT activities including Ultrasonic Testing, Liquid Penetrant Inspection & Visual Inspection. Project Management of the manufacture of complete packages of equipment in a range of copper, nickel and other metal based alloys and non-metallic materials produced internally or in a network of approved sub-contractors and suppliers.
TESTING AND CAPABILITIES
Even within specifications there it is possible to make aluminium bronzes that are not fit for purpose.
